I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my apartment at Adina; it was larger than I anticipated! The views over the railway lines to the stunning Birrarung Mar and the Botanic Gardens beyond were a treat. The location is unbeatable, providing easy access to Melbourne's vibrant café culture while having the convenience of an IGA nearby and spacious living areas to unwind in after a long day.
I did notice that the bathroom fixtures were quite dated, which detracted a bit from my overall experience.

The room was tastefully decorated and well furnished with a living room, a lounge, and a couch.
Reasonably spacious and clean venue with a great value and service-oriented staff. Nice building and rooms with garden view. Kindness from the whole staff. Magnificent location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a cathedral church

The location was central to our places we needed to go.The staff were very helpful and friendly. The living space was light and bright, the room was private and comfortable.
I felt the room could have been cleaner. It was obvious a surface clean had been done but when I moved the lounge ten cms further back from the coffee table I found cut finger or toe nails on the carpet.. it was gross but not obvious to a cleaner. I moved the lounge back in place so they may still be there. (Room 12).

Housekeep should realise if there are 5 single beds in an apartment then we will require 5 towels.

The venue was in a very central location near numerous bars and restaurants along Flinders Lane, restaurants, theatres, shops, and all the main attractions. It was also close to the Forum. - This was a really great stay on holidays.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Had great view of the city when on the balcony. Room was really quiet - no disturbance from night city sounds. Great location - close to transport and convenience store and easy walk to city sights. Everything we needed was there.
Maybe the TVs could be upgraded to LCD screen - looks more modern and gives better picture. Perhaps a better selection of tea - include herbal teas perhaps.
